MIELI Crisis Centre Oulu offers short term crisis counselling and guidance in difficult life situations and crises.
The counselling is free of charge and anonymous if needed.
The meeting can take place either remotely or on site at the MIELI Crisis Center in Oulu.

Short term counselling and guidence free of charge
MIELI Crisis Centre serves the entire area of North Ostrobothnia and provides short term counselling and guidance in diffucult life situation and crisis.
No referral is needed. Our services are free of charge and an anonymous.
Common reasons for the client to seek help from the centre:
- difficult situation in life
- you have experienced a shocking event
- you feel that you can’t cope alone with worry, fear or sadness
- you have suicidal thoughts
- you are worried about a loved one
